What is the standard shipping time for home decor and barware?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, while international orders may take 2-3 weeks.
Are your signature tiki mugs dishwasher safe?
While some of our ceramics are durable, we highly recommend hand-washing our signature tiki mugs and glassware to preserve the intricate glazes and prevent chipping.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Yes, Trader Vic's ships our tropical home goods worldwide. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
